XNGF provides Mucuna pruriens, Alpha-GPC, and Bacopa monniera, which
collectively promotes the secretion of HGH. Mucuna is an herb that naturally

Alpha-GPC is a soy-derived substance that, through its interactions with the

Directions: (Adult) Take one or two capsules daily (in the morning, 30
minutes to one hour before a meal and in the evening 30 minutes to one hour
before bedtime. The maximum recommended dosage of XNGF for a healthy adult, is
no more than four capules in a 24 hour period.
